Dropped gitmodules, pulled files out of their subdirectories and back into the root, purged a bunch of shit from the setup file that's no longer in use

5978d5246c Added alias to flush OSX DNS 
Probably need to rethink my aliases and make more of them OSX conditional. Also wondering if my zsh is what's slowing down opening new iTerm windows. Perhaps there's something rouge that should be avoided. I'll open an issue for that.

c9f20f7ac5 Dropped green check, it's not necessary 
Only added it when I had the git info in the right prompt because I wanted it
to be a consistent width at all times.

1888436ecb Dropped some plugins, dropped github init 
Switched to using `hub` instead of my script. Dropped a bunch of plugins
because I didn't see the value that I was hoping I would. Slowly moving towards
adopting the git aliases in zsh instead of my own, will clean up everything.
Also contemplating creating some plugins around my other aliases and break them
into separate projects just for the experience of building a zsh plugin

6829b76c1e Updated jekyll alias to open site 
Sleeps for a few seconds before running open so help ensure that jekyll's up and running while still giving me the ability to CTRL+C to kill jekyll as well.

Shouldn't ever need to update those again. May want to look into why I have 3 distinct PHP paths in there though.
