 Undoing FZF hacks 
Turns out Debian didn't break anything. My brief foray into using
Ghostty led to me adding https://debian.griffo.io/ which installed a
newer version of FZF. This fucked up my setup pretty good, both with
missing completions and inside of vim.

I've dropped Ghostty and the unofficial repo it came in on.
