What this PR does

  • refactor: remove Company column from market report tables
  • Simplify markdown table by removing Company column and pipe-escaping logic
  • Simplify HTML table by removing Company column header and cell rendering
  • Update table format documentation to reflect column removal

Test plan

  • No manual verification needed; CI is the gate

Closes #188
