Add a ## Mirrors section to README.md, matching the house pattern from joshtronic/dotfiles but listing ONLY the canonical URL and the GitHub mirror.

Deliverables

Insert this section into README.md after the intro paragraph(s), before the first existing ## section, exactly:

Out of scope

Configuring the actual push-mirror (Forgejo repo settings + the GitHub-side repo) -- that's an operator action, not in this repo's files.
